Customer Care
For customers, I have a policy to keep in contact with them until the package is shipped out, and if they want, I can email a picture of your package so that you know exactly what it looks like when it arrives.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me via email with pictures of the damage. Depending on the damage, instead of a refund I can have the item shipped back to me, where I can make the necessary repairs and send it back brand new! If you don't want to have it repaired, you will be required to return the item, and once the item arrives, the refund will be processed back in to your account.
Privacy & Safety
For privacy and security purposes, we use third-party banking to verify payment, and protect sensitive information, while avoiding collecting sensitive data. Your privacy and safety is of the highest importance.
